The ViewerFX application

ViewerFX is a desktop application. The reports you open, the data they contain, and any credentials you enter for data sources are processed on your own computer. Settings and favorites are stored in an encrypted local database on your machine. Product activation contacts our licensing service to validate your license key.

How we share information

We may disclose personal data to:

• Service providers that help us operate, including hosting, analytics, and payment processing (Wave);
• Amazon Web Services, which provides our backend infrastructure;
• Third parties you authorize us to share with;
• Government or law enforcement authorities when legally required; and

We do not currently sell or share your personal data as those terms are defined under the CCPA.

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services or to perform our business and commercial purposes, and longer where needed to comply with legal obligations or to resolve disputes.
